I am concerned about the low amount ram and no external video outputs. Does anyone else have the same concerns or am i just thinking too much in the Windows and MAC world.

Acording to the documentation from Texas Instruments for the omap3530(omap3530/25 datasheet see page 100) it has an output for composite and s-video, so if someone were technically inclined there is nothing stopping you from doing a video output. --Keastes 09:32, 16 February 2010 (PST)
I've got an iPad for development, and I've been prevaricating over pre-ordering a Touch Book for actual use because the iPad ticks me off so much. In terms of capabilities, the iPad has 256 meg of RAM, so half of the Touch Book. This may or may not be a stretch running Firefox, Opera might do better. But I think you also have to ask what compromises you're willing to make for a given form factor.DanLyke 22:56, 10 May 2010 (UTC)

Presentation & Comparision.

http://www.apple.com/ipad/specs/ is a nice way of putting up things. Also, I cam across http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/e/e5/Vector_Video_Standards2.svg image and tried to compare a few of my devices to get an idea of the screen size. My ipod fits in the QVGA box, my screen in the HD 1080 box but the dimensions of the touch book screen does not seem to match. Any ideas?

You don't see the grey "WSVGA" box in there? --Imroy 06:17, 6 May 2010 (UTC)
