It would be very helpful if someone would give a short pros and cons list of these various choices of Android versions (e.g. 1.6 rowboat vs 1.6 other vs 2.0, etc) for use on the TouchBook.
That way, we could make a more informed choice on which one of these we might want to compile/build for our own use/experimentation on the Touch Book.
About ai.android git and some patch
I am currently compiling the rowboat-eclair-dsp with AI patches from AI git as explained in this page. After messing some days with the external/ti-dsp compilation, I have a question about get-tidsp.patch : What is the purpose to compile by hand the install_mp3dec.exp script ? --Georges 06:29, 27 June 2010 (UTC)
