Reinstall USB thumb

To reinstall your system from a USB thumb drive, you will have to:

1. Ensure the thumb drive is formated to Fat32 on the first partition.

2. Since 2010-03.a, download directly ai-all.zip, or download one by one the following files from http://www.alwaysinnovating.com/release/latest/ and make the zip file yourself:

To install 2011-03.a:

ai-install.tbz2
ai-os-dev.squashfs
ai-ui.tbz2
android.squashfs
chromium.squashfs
install-sd.sh
mlo
u-boot.bin
uImage
uImage2
ubuntu.squashfs

To install 2010-09.a or 2010-12.a:

ai-install.tbz2
ai-os-dev.squashfs
ai-ui.tbz2
android.squashfs
install-sd.sh
mlo
u-boot.bin
uImage
uImage2
ubuntu.squashfs

To install 2010-03.a:

ai-install.tbz2
ai-os.squashfs
ai-ui.tbz2
android.squashfs
install-sd.sh
mlo
u-boot.bin
uImage
ubuntu.squashfs

3. copy ai-all.zip to your thumb drive.

4. follow the instructions on Reinstall_OS#On_the_Touch_Book with your USB drive plugged into your Touch Book when you reboot.
