In an effort of openness, we provide our kernel of release 2009-09.c. The Always Innovating kernel is based on the Openembedded linux-omap_2.6.29.bb recipe (platform Beagleboard).

You can also compile the kernel itself without OpenEmbedded by following these quick steps.

Overview

We provide a zip archive with the whole recipe folder here. Alternatively, you can apply two patches and copy the 29 needed files listed and explained below:
