2010-03.a (March 23, 2010)

• Bug #94: the submenus in the start menu now appear directly at the very first time.
• install-sd.sh script supports reinstall from a USB keychain, and parallel SD cards updates.
• USB-to-VGA dongles are supported.
• USB webcams and speakers are supported.
• Telepathy and cheese have been added.
• Claws-mail desktop client has been added.
• Touch scrolling in Midori is improved.
• Touchscreen sensitivity is improved.
• Better finger interface in tablet mode (scrollbar and window buttons).
• TangoGPS and rtmpdump has been upgraded to the latest.
• Hulu is now available again with an upgrade of rtmpdump.
• Pixman has been enhanced with more neon support.
• Windows updater has been transfered to ai.tools repository.
• Screen keyboard has been enhanced is now docked to bottom of the screen.

2010-01.b (January 18, 2010)

• Bug #75: Xwfm4 doesn't crash any more when double clicking title bar.
• Bug #3: Strange colors doesn't appear any more when booting.
• Bug #28: Power button works the first time.
• Bug #88: With new theming for tablet mode, closing a window is not any more a problem.
• Bug #91: Verizon 3G dongles are supported.
• 3G (AT&T and Verizon) and GPS dongles support have been improved.
• Tablet mode has been cleaned up with large buttons, fonts and menus.
• The xfwm4 desktop manager can offer a terminate option if a process is not responding.
• DSPlink service has been fixed.
• Initramfs can execute ai-initramfs.cmd if presents on the first partition.
• ai-daemon has its own git repository. Recipe has been modified.

• A new framework for ai-daemon has been implemented.
• The i2c-tools packages have been added.
• Neighborhood works again after having been broken in 2009-12.a.
• Gnome-mplayer and gecko-mediaplayer have been upgraded to the latest.
• Gecko-mediaplayer has a small default value.
• Gnome-mplayer supports iPod again (regression bug).
• Java applets are supported in Firefox.
• A few enhancements have been integrated into the install script.
• Re-installation on the device is fully working.
• bash is the default shell.
• Rdesktop has been fixed.
• DSP bridge has been upgraded and is working correctly.

2009-12.a (December 22, 2009)

• An initramfs structure has been added to support reset, reinstall, and ui-based multi-boot.
• Google Chromium has been added to the image.
• OpenOffice 3.1.1 has been added to the image.
• Many packages have been upgraded with a sync to latest of OE. Especially, the library glibc has been updated to 2.9.
• 3D game Crazy Tankshas been improved especially in terms of speed. Buttons are working too.
• The script install-sd.sh has been improved and many bugs have been fixed. The script still supports all release.
• Prelink exclude list has been updated to fix some DNS bug especially for mplayer streaming.
• Bluetooth is now supported and has an entry menu to connect a device.
• About box has slightly been redesigned.
• The applications emacs, vim, empathy (browser) have been added.

• mplayer has been upgraded to fix a bug in the timestamp.
• gnome-mplayer has been upgraded to the latest to fix some resize event problem.

• Bug #26: os.popen which creates some networking UI problem has been fixed.
• Bug #37: Touchscreen has a better calibration.
• Bug #38: Scrolling all applications (though it may be slow on Firefox) is working fine.
• Bug #39: Blanking screen is fixed.
• Bug #40: USB drive can be properly removed from the desktop.
• Bug #42: OSKB can be launched in all configuration.
• Bug #43: Watch_hulu script is downloaded from server and up-to-date is always guaranteed without image update.
• Bug #49: Getting Started has a Welcome letter.
• Bug #54: Cups server is working fine and is launched on-demand to save memory.
• Bug #55: Grab and scroll feature doesn't cause any more conflict in Firefox.
• Bug #58: os.popen which creates some keyboard selection UI problem has been fixed.

• A hardware revision in the kernel has been added. This revision is handled correctly in the reset-nand.sh script.
• A brightness interface has been added and it's accessible trough the start menu.
• An option to swap end and right shift keys in the keyboard has been added to the kernel.
• gtk-touchscreen-mode has been reverted to zero to show the tooltip in various applications (though Midori still has touchscreen scrolling).

2009-09.c (September 28, 2009)

• The error that prevents from removing properly a USB keychain has been fixed.
• USB key chains are not mounted with the sync option any more, giving a much faster write speed.
• DSP bridge works again with a workaround to move some gstreamer libraries (read bug #29).
• Ivman has been replaced by halevt which is compatible with latest of hal (bug #31).
• Firefox and ESD hang has been fixed (bug #30).
• Gnome-mplayer and gecko-mediaplayer have been upgraded to 0.9.8.
• Gnome-mplayer crash when reading a playlist has been fixed.
• Extension Grab-n-Drag has been added to Midori and Firefox.

2009-09.b (September 25, 2009)

• /usr/bin/ai/various/watch_hulu.pl doesn't crash any more.
• Watch Hulu is accessible through a UI now.
• No more error messages appear when starting DSP bridge and DSP link services.
• DSP Link and DSP bridge have been added to sudoers.
• Terminal font uses again anti-aliasing.
• wpa-supplicant is more stable by replacing gnutls by openssl.

2009-09.a (September 7, 2009)

• Image has been updated to latest of Openembedded.
• Midori (Fast Browser) has been updated and the extensions have been cleaned up.
• Midori (Fast Browser) has been added to main start menu.
• swfdec (open source web Flash solution) has been integrated into Midori and Firefox.
• Firefox has been upgraded to 3.5.2.
• Pidgin doesn't have any more trouble to reconciliate DNS.
• DSP bridge has been cleaned up.
• DSP link has been added.
• Youtube in Firefox has been repaired.
• First support for Hulu has been added.
• Netload and wavelan panel plugins have been added.
• Default action in Thunar is now single click.
• Default action on the desktop is single click in tablet mode only.
• x-load has been upgraded.
• u-boot has been upgraded.
• Initial white screen at the very beginning of the boot has been minimized (bug #1).
• Dictionary panel plugin has been cleaned up.
• Weather panel plugin has been added.
• xset is available again.

2009-08.b (August 25, 2009)

• Performance of scrolling or window move (especially on rotated display) is greatly improved.
• WPA is now fully supported in driver and in UI.
• Fennec has been updated to beta 2.
• A conflict between X and ai-daemon for the management of the power button has been fixed.
• Fennec application is excluded from prelink.
• Reset-nand script has been tweaked with more accurate default values.
• Default settings of xfwm has been improved.
• Trackerd leads to high CPU of mmcqd. Daemon is now disabled.
• Display rotates even in keyboard mode. Option in the start->Control Panel->Display enables to control rotation in all modes.
• Two-second push on power button brings the shutdown dialog box.
• Rotation while a video is playing breaks the video. Will be fixed in 2009-08.b.
• Updated gnome-mplayer video playback works on all rotation.
• CPU utilization is now visible in the taskbar.
• A dictionary panel plugin is available.
• Many various problems in ai-menu have been fixed.
• Install-sd.sh has been fixed.
• Defaults of datetime plugin have been improved.
