2010-03.a (March 23, 2010)

  • An initramfs structure has been added to support reset, reinstall, and ui-based multi-boot.
  • Google Chromium has been added to the image.
  • OpenOffice 3.1.1 has been added to the image.
  • Many packages have been upgraded with a sync to latest of OE. Especially, the library glibc has been updated to 2.9.
  • 3D game Crazy Tankshas been improved especially in terms of speed. Buttons are working too.
  • The script install-sd.sh has been improved and many bugs have been fixed. The script still supports all release.
  • Prelink exclude list has been updated to fix some DNS bug especially for mplayer streaming.
  • Bluetooth is now supported and has an entry menu to connect a device.

  • Bug #39: Blanking screen is fixed.
  • Bug #40: USB drive can be properly removed from the desktop.
  • Bug #42: OSKB can be launched in all configuration.
  • Bug #43: Watch_hulu script is downloaded from server and up-to-date is always guaranteed without image update.

2009-09.c (September 28, 2009)

  • The error that prevents from removing properly a USB keychain has been fixed.
  • USB key chains are not mounted with the sync option any more, giving a much faster write speed.
  • DSP bridge works again with a workaround to move some gstreamer libraries (read bug #29).
  • Ivman has been replaced by halevt which is compatible with latest of hal (bug #31).
  • Firefox and ESD hang has been fixed (bug #30).
  • Gnome-mplayer and gecko-mediaplayer have been upgraded to 0.9.8.
  • Gnome-mplayer crash when reading a playlist has been fixed.

2009-08.b (August 25, 2009)

  • Performance of scrolling or window move (especially on rotated display) is greatly improved.
  • WPA is now fully supported in driver and in UI.
  • Fennec has been updated to beta 2.
  • A conflict between X and ai-daemon for the management of the power button has been fixed.
  • Fennec application is excluded from prelink.
  • Reset-nand script has been tweaked with more accurate default values.
  • Default settings of xfwm has been improved.
  • Trackerd leads to high CPU of mmcqd. Daemon is now disabled.
  • Display rotates even in keyboard mode. Option in the start->Control Panel->Display enables to control rotation in all modes.
  • Two-second push on power button brings the shutdown dialog box.
  • Rotation while a video is playing breaks the video. Will be fixed in 2009-08.b.
  • Updated gnome-mplayer video playback works on all rotation.
  • CPU utilization is now visible in the taskbar.
