[6:48] <Meizirkki> afaik yes
[6:48] <Meizirkki> the .32 kernel was psp from the beginning

[20:19] <robbrit> does anyone know if it is possible to hibernate the touchbook?
[20:20] <tommd> not yet
[20:20] <robbrit> darn, oh well
[20:20] <tommd> hibernate is difficult (wrt drivers and kernel support) and the state of Linux on OMAP just isn't there yet - not to mention the state of the drivers for the hardware (ex: wireless)
[20:20] <robbrit> ahh yes
[20:21] <robbrit> ive never gotten hibernate to work on a linux box
[20:21] <tommd> Really? Works fine for me (and my wife) out of the box on Fedora and Ubuntu.
[20:21] <robbrit> yeah its
[20:21] <robbrit> hit or miss it seems
[20:22] <tommd> I guess it helps that I buy hardware with Linux in mind.
[20:22] <robbrit> i was hoping the TB had it since its especially designed with linux in mind, as far as i know
[20:22] <tommd> Well, yes and no. TB was designed with openness in mind and the thought that "the software will get there some day".
[20:22] <robbrit> ahh gotcha
[20:23] <tommd> Thank goodness for PSP having been out years ago or we might not even have a kernel for omap ;-)
[20:24] <robbrit> heh...i wish i knew enough about kernel development to attempt to make it work with my system
