How do I set the time on my touchbook

How can I set the time on my touchbook v1? Right now, it loses the time every reboot, and needs NTP to get the correct time. Does the TB not have a hardware clock?

Open a terminal and type ln -sf /usr/share/zoneinfo/Europe/Paris /etc/localtime
