Hello Gregoire and Always Innovating,

My name is Hugh, and I pre-ordered my touch book a long time ago. I can understand in these tough economic times, that it must be tough starting a business. I also understand, that developing a new technology is difficult, however I would gladly have let you take my $400 upfront if it meant I would have my touch book today. But how long it takes is not my major concern, I'm fine if I get mine before aug 24. Now, my MAJOR concern is that the flow of information is really REALLY slow. If you made a few pictures of the production process available to us, or released a new video of yourself with a touch book, talking about its features, our thirst for information might be allayed. at least give us a sign... Seriously I can understand having hold ups and such.
But please be more mindful about updating customers.

I for one have felt I waited too long, with too little info. If you guys fail to update by end of today I WILL CANCEL MY PREORDER...

I really do hope you update. But if you don't I hope many more people will cancel their pre-orders as well

I agree with Hugh. The lack of any real new information on production and shipping is frustrating. Now is not the time to get a reputation for making false promises and leading on customers. PLEASE just at least send us a simple two line update email with the general status, or post a quick update on the website.

Yeah we all want something, at least tell us where you have gone so far and what you still have to do.
I will be in the US for 3 weeks now, so every day that pass means that I might not have my TouchBook in time, and that's killing me !

Yeh it is not fair them taking in our credit card details and leave us in the blank and not giving us proper info.

Im sure theres some legal issues going on here if they fail to update their customer and only have email as a main source of contact. AND their emails are an automatic reply or templated out.
