My name is Hugh, and I pre-ordered my touch book a long time ago. I can understand in these tough economic times, that it must be tough starting a business. I also understand, that developing a new technology is difficult, however I would gladly have let you take my $400 upfront if it meant I would have my touch book today. But how long it takes is not my major concern, I'm fine if I get mine before aug 24. Now, my MAJOR concern is that the flow of information is really REALLY slow. If you made a few pictures of the production process available to us, or released a new video of yourself with a touch book, talking about its features, our thirst for information might be allayed. at least give us a sign...
