Hours into building received a ton of errors and it halted. :?

Another error I was seeing was
/OE/build/tmp/sysroots/i686-linux/usr/bin/stage-manager-ipkg: Permission denied

Actually now that I look through, I see a lot of "connection refused," "404 not found," and incomplete downloads when its fetching files...

Any help comments or suggestions would be appreciated =)

Never tried to build AIOS myself yet, but I suggest you detail all the steps you took during the process which lead you to that error.

People might need it to help you.

Followed the wiki instructions to compile http://www.alwaysinnovating.com/wiki/index.php/AI_OS_compilation

Last command entered ran for hours then got the errors, that was
bitbake -k --verbose ai-dev-image ai-initramfs-image ai-install-image u-boot x-load linux-omap-psp

Wiki was followed step by step

You may want to look in details in the errors: for each package that couldn't compile, there is a detailed log associated. The 11 packages listed at the end are a summary of what failed (and block the whole compilation process to go further because of non-satisfied dependencies). If you look earlier in the output, you should see lines telling you where is the log to consider. If you can't find it, just try to build these packages again one by one, like
Code: Select all
bitbake coreutils-native -k

The output + the log are usually quite self-explanatory; if not, copy-paste it here so we can help you.

Best,
Alexandre
