Just a little hint to anyone planning on buying second hand TB. I'm not sure what's going on, but I think my TB has 256MB of ram and now the info-page has updated. It says 512MB of ram so it might be that AI boosted TB specifications just now.

I might not even know what I'm talking about, but you might want to see if something has changed before you buy second hand...

hello,
i have a NIB touchbook that i just received as a gift. it is not the right thing for my lifestyle and i am about to put it on ebay for sale. how do i tell how much memory is installed without opening the package, and charging up the unit?
do 256mb units go for less? is there an upgrade?

With 512MB you can run bloatware like Firefox, Thunderbird, OpenOffice and fullweight desktop environment.

I've ordered October 25th and still have no info from AI. So I might got one from the 512MB batch :-).
