Website not allowing Canadian orders

Hello, I would love to order a touchbook, but the website keeps telling me my 6 digit Canadian postal code is too long and wont let me proceed (this is of course after I have set my country to Canada) any help would be appreciated

I suggest you contact them directly through email, I'm not sure that anyone in charge with the sales is reading here.
