Founded by serial entrepreneur Grégoire Gentil, Always Innovating leverages the latest developments in open source technologies worldwide to create disruptive products that solve real problems for consumers. The company has an office in San Francisco, a presence in Shenzhen (China mainland), and many employees and contributors all over the world who participate to the various innovations of the company.

Grégoire Gentil is a serial entrepreneur with four start-ups in fifteen years, he is an innovator at heart with a nothing-is-impossible attitude. Grégoire is currently the owner of Always Innovating, one of the most innovative design companies in the consumer electronics space with multiple breakthrough innovations. Prior to that, he co-founded Twingo Systems, which was introducing the concept of security by virtualization and was eventually acquired by Cisco Systems. Grégoire graduated from Ecole Polytechnique in France, from Stanford in USA, and is an alumni from McKinsey&Company.

Grégoire is the owner of Always Innovating, one of the most innovative consumer electronics design companies. Always Innovating has predicted and contributed to shaping key consumer electronics trends. The company has consistently delivered products on the cutting edge of technology: the Touch Book and the Smart Book were the first hybrid PC tablet devices, the HDMI Dongle spawned the category of the same name, the MeCam was the first autonomous mini drone. Grégoire is leading a high-profile team, deeply involved in the open source and open hardware communities. Based on Gregoire's guidance, many additional breakthrough innovations are developed in the Always Innovating lab, protected by multiple patents.

Earlier, he co-founded Twingo Systems, which was introducing the concept of security by virtualization. This innovation leds to the main security defense mechanisms used by most anti-virus solutions against zero-day attacks. Twingo Systems was acquired by Cisco Systems in 2004 and the technology was integrated into the main Cisco firewall and router product lines.

Grégoire has broad technical expertise in designing and developing software and hardware solutions, as complex as they need to be. He earned a Master degree in Math and Physics from Ecole Polytechnique in France, and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Stanford. He is also an alumni from McKinsey&Company.
